EchoVerb › Language
English ⇄ Polish
English–Polish interpreting, live in your meetings.
EchoVerb joins your Teams, Zoom or Google Meet call and interprets between English and Polish out loud, both ways. Each person speaks naturally; everyone hears their own language a couple of seconds later. No interpreter to book.
Who uses it
Made for employers with Polish-speaking staff, construction and logistics firms, and recruiters: shift briefings, toolbox talks, onboarding and HR meetings, and calls with Polish suppliers and subcontractors.
What it sounds like
Your shift starts at seven tomorrow, and the safety briefing is at ten past.
Twoja zmiana zaczyna się jutro o siódmej, a szkolenie BHP jest dziesięć po siódmej.
Your shift starts tomorrow at seven, and the health and safety training is at ten past seven.

Real output from EchoVerb's translation, both ways. In the meeting it is spoken aloud, a couple of seconds after each person finishes.
How it works
- Paste the meeting link into EchoVerb (or let it pick meetings from your Outlook calendar) and choose English and Polish.
- EchoVerb joins, announces itself in both languages, and starts interpreting.
- When someone speaks Polish, the English speakers hear English; when someone speaks English, the Polish speakers hear Polish.
- Afterwards: notes, actions and a transcript in both languages.
Good to know
- Add names, products and technical terms to your glossary so they come out right.
- Clear audio gives the best results: a headset helps, and one person at a time.
- It is AI: check anything critical. For medical, legal or court settings, use a qualified human interpreter.
Questions
How accurate is the Polish translation?
Very good on clear speech, using current AI models for both recognition and translation. It learns the names of the people in the meeting, and you can add your own terms to a glossary. As with any AI, check anything critical.
Does my guest need to install anything?
No. EchoVerb joins as a participant in Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. Your Polish-speaking guest just hears it in the meeting.
Can it handle a meeting where most people speak English?
Yes. EchoVerb works out who is speaking which language and only voices what each side needs, so English speakers aren't interrupted by translations of English.
What does it cost?
Interpreter licences are £49 per person per month, with 120 interpreter minutes each, pooled across your company. Try it free for 14 days. Prices exclude VAT.
