EchoVerb › Platform
Google Meet · live interpretation
Live translation for Google Meet in 30 languages.
EchoVerb joins your Google Meet meeting as a participant and interprets out loud, both ways: your guest speaks their language, everyone else hears theirs a couple of seconds later. Then it writes the notes.
How it works in Meet
- Send EchoVerb in. Paste the Google Meet link into EchoVerb and choose what it should do: interpret, record, take notes.
- It joins and introduces itself. The host admits EchoVerb when it asks to join, like any guest.
- Everyone speaks their own language. EchoVerb listens to each person, translates, and speaks the translation into the meeting. A traffic light on its tile shows when to pause.
- Get the notes. Summary, decisions, actions with owners and open questions land in your meetings list, with the full transcript in both languages.
Built for real meetings
- Two-way, spoken interpretation in 30 languages.
- Mixed meetings: English colleagues and international guests on one call; it voices only what each person needs.
- Recording, clean transcripts and AI notes, if you switch them on.
- A glossary for names, products and jargon, so they come out right.
- EchoVerb works the same way in Google Meet, Teams and Zoom, so your notes, transcripts and search live in one place whichever platform each meeting uses.
Private by design
Transcripts and notes are stored in the UK and the meeting bot runs in the EU. Speech recognition and translation are provided by AI companies that process audio and text in the US under contracts that forbid training on your data. Recording happens only when you switch it on and is deleted on your schedule. See our Privacy Policy and sub-processors.
Questions
Does everyone in the Google Meet meeting need EchoVerb?
No. EchoVerb joins as a participant. Your guests just hear and see it in the meeting; they don't install or sign up for anything.
How far behind is the translation?
Usually a couple of seconds after each person finishes speaking. A traffic light on the bot tells everyone when to pause so nobody talks over the translation.
Which languages?
30, including English, Turkish, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Ukrainian, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hindi, Japanese and Korean. A meeting can mix two of them, and EchoVerb works out who is speaking which.
Do people know an AI is in the meeting?
Yes. EchoVerb announces itself when it joins, posts the same notice in the meeting chat, and shows what it is doing on its video tile.
What does it cost?
Interpreter licences are £49 per person per month (120 interpreter minutes each, pooled across your company). Notetaker licences, for recording and notes only, are £15. Start with a 14-day free trial. Prices exclude VAT.
